Chris and I ended the semester on April 6. It was such a wonderful
relief. The last week there was so much going on it was crazy, but we
passed all of our classes and are well into our summer now. It was
bitter sweet to leave. It is sad because when we go back at the end of
August our home won't be there. If you haven't heard, a big company in
Las Vegas bought out a bunch of homes on our street and they are being
torn down to make room for this big apartment complex. Our home was so
cute. It was old and had so much history in it. We really came to love it.
Well we are now living in Parma with Chris's parents for the summer. He
got his job back from last summer. He works on an organic hay farm that
is about 600 acres. I am still searching for a job. It is hard though
because it is a small town and not much help is needed. I have looked in
the bigger cities, as well, but haven't heard anything, and they are so
far it is almost not worth it. But I need something to do during the
day. I have Winston to play with, but he is still a puppy so he likes to
sleep most of the day. He is getting so big! Chris weighed him
yesterday and he is 20 lbs! He is such a good puppy. He is so attentive
and he is learning fast. It is interesting for him to be around all the
cows and horses. He likes to bark at them when they get too close on
the other side of the fence. He is playing well with Russ and LeAnn's
dogs, which is good. We we a little worried they were going to be too
protective and not let him join the club, but he fits in and Winston is
not afraid to stand his ground.
He is such a little poser. He loves the camera!
This is the most recent picture of him.
He is just such a cutie. How can you not love that face!! :-)
Well that is all that I have got for now. I plan on working on some crafts, so maybe they will follow. Until next time.
Peace and Love
